Conditions of access to local resources

  • Copper - at the Republican Commodity and Raw Material Exchange, in particular cases - on direct contracts with the manufacturer within the limits of quota, determined by Ministry of Economics for the local market.
  • Polythene - at the Republican Commodity and Raw Material Exchange and on direct contracts with the manufacturer.
  • Electric energy - on direct contracts without limits basis.
  • Gas - on direct contracts without limits basis.
  • Fuel products - at the Republican Commodity and Raw Material Exchange.
  • Other resources - on direct contracts with manufacturers.

  • Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 5, 2004 No 57 "About further introduction of market mechanisms of selling high liquid kinds of products, raw materials and materials";
  • "Regulation of procedure of supply of electric energy to consumers", which was registered by Ministry of Justice on January 11, 2005 No 1440;
  • "Regulation of procedure of provision of consumers with natural gas on without limits basis", which was registered by Ministry of Justice on July 30, 2004 No 1395.
