• work organization on maintenance of Association with cadres, preparation and retraining of experts and serving demanded specialties and qualification according to plans on work, their arrangement;
• creation of corresponding conditions for creative activity;
• realization of the regular control and instructing of workers in registration of personnel;
• The control over a labor discipline condition in Associations and abiding workers by regulations.
