Obligations:
  • Coordination of works on realization of a sigle technical policy, development of industrial potential of the branch, carrying out research and development, introduction of achievements NTP, computerizations, information-communication technologies, realization of structural reorganization;
  • The organization of works on selection, preparation of the managerial personnel together with bodies of a corporate management;
  • Management of the executive board of the association, affirmation of its structure, selection, hire, dismissal of workers;
  • Representation of interests of participants in state governing bodies, in Uzbekistan and abroad; dispose of financial resources of the association;
  • The control over observance of the Charter by participants and the executive body of the association; Introduction the Council questions on perspective of the development strategy of the branch, other industry-wide programs;
  • Performance of functions of asset management of state actives in authorized capitals of the enterprises according the contract with State Property Management Committee.
  • Realization of other functions within the current legislation, the Charter, decisions of Council of participants.
Biography:

Was born in 1962 in Navoiy region. Uzbek-by nationality.

Higher education. In 1984 graduated from Tashkent electrotechnical institute of communication. Specialty - the engineer of telecommunication.

From 1982 to 1984 worked for the Scientific-Research centre of Tashkent state pedagogical institute as the laboratory assistant

From 1984 to 1985 worked as the engineer of the industrial laboratory of the Navoiy operational -technical communication centre.

From 1985 to 1997 worked as the engineer of laboratory at the Jangirabadsky regional communication centre, the engineer, the chief engineer of the Hatirchinsky regional communication centre.

From 1997 to 2000 worked as vice director general for the joint-stock company “Halkaro Telecom”.

From 2000 to 2001 worked as director general of open joint-stock company “Shaharlararo aloka korhonasi”.

From 2001 to 2002 worked as a vice director general of the Uzbek agency of mail and telecommunication.

From 2002 to 2004 worked as a vice director general of the Uzbek communication and information agency.

From 2004 to 2008 worked as the first assistant to the director general of the communication and information agency.

Since August 25th, 2008 works as a Chairman of the Uzbek association of the enterprises of the radio-electronics, electrotechnical industry and instrumentation plants “Uzeltehsanoat”.

A.F. Izbosarov is married, has children (a daughter and two sons).
