Obligations:
  • Coordination and organization of marketing research, developments of a market infrastructure, foreign economic activity, rendering of assistance in launching output of new kinds of products, competitive in internal and foreign markets and their advancement in world markets;
  • Coordination of activity of the enterprises of branch concerning economy, finance, re-structuring, financial improvement, a military-industrial complex;
  • Coordination of enterprises in maintaining raw materials, localizations, import substitution, certifications, standardization;
  • The market conditions analysis according the branch nomenclature. Granting the information to participants about delivered goods of electronics, radio electronics and the instrumentation plants to Uzbekistan, received from the State Customs Committee and State committee of Statistics;
  • Interaction with transporting organizations on maintaining of transportation of raw materials and ready delivery of participants of the association;
  • Organization of industrial shows, fairs, other marketing-publicity activities;
  • The control of execution of forecast on exporting, coordination of working out and deliveries under intergovernmental agreements;
  • Coordination of setting up new enterprises in the branch, including joint, performance of building and installation (SMR);
  • Realization of information-advisory work for the enterprises concerning quality, certification, standardization;
  • Attraction of investments into development of enterprises of the branch.
    • Biography:

    Was born in 1963 in Tashkent city. Uzbek-by nationality.

    Higher education. In 1985 graduated from Tashkent polytechnical institute. Specialty - the engineer of industrial power system.

    From 1985 to 1991 worked as a master, the chief of a site of boiler shop № 18 in Tashkent branch of Moscow factory "SAM”.

    From 1991 to 1992 worked as the secretary of Komsomol committee of the Tashkent factory "Algorithm", the secretary of the Chilanzar Union of Youth of Uzbekistan.

    From 1992 to 1996 worked as a deputy chief, the chief of department on foreign-economic relations, vice director general on commerce in Tashkent factory of electronic computers "Algorithm".

    From 1996 to 1998 worked as a director general of industrial enterprise "РАСОН".

    From 1998 to 2007 worked as a director of Collective enterprise for repair and computer facilities maintenance service.

    Since October, 3rd, 2007 works as a vice-Chairman of the Uzbek association of the enterprises of the radio-electronics, electrotechnical industry and instrumentation plants “Uzeltehsanoat”.

    A.S. Rasulov is married, has one son.
