About enterprise:

Open Joint-stock company "ONIKS", earlier plant "MIKOND" was formed in 1948. The basic kinds of manufactured products were products of electronic engineering. Consumers of the production of the plant were enterprises of the defensive industry which are taking place in many republics of the former USSR. The enterprise has started production of high-quality utensils from crystal for the first time in the Central Asia since 1971, and household fixtures of different updating in 1990.

JSC " ONIKS " transformed in 1995 from PO "ONIKS" on the basis of plant "MIKOND".

JSC " ONIKS " modern, dynamically developing enterprise providing manufacture of a wide range of products from crystal, closely cooperating with consumers, suppliers, expanding commodity markets. Due to this, the enterprise is known not only in Uzbekistan, but also in Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries of the CIS and the Central Asia.
