About enterprise:

State enterprise SCB “FOTON” was found in 1964, as the enterprise developing semi-conductor devices (diodes, transistors), and in a consequence integrated microcircuits. Practically all semi-conductor devices developed by the enterprise and integrated microcircuits were mastered and serially issued, and part of them is serially manufactured in present.

The necessity for development was sharply reduced after 1991. In these conditions was made the emphasize on the industrial side of activity of the enterprise. Manufacture and release of the most perspective and demanded semi-conductor devices and integrated microcircuits is organized.
