"Samarkand lift building plant" OJSC

About enterprise:

Samarkandlift building plant («SLZ») – the only enterprise in the Central Asia for manufacture of cargo and passenger lifts. The factory was set up in 1967.

In 1969 the factory started producing industrial equipment, the non-standard equipment and separate knots of the lift. 

In 1970 the first industrial party of lifts by load-carrying capacity of 400 kg produced.

Since 1971 mass production of lifts for many-storeyed buildings organized at the factory. 

In 1974-1975 manufacture of ship lifts also was mastered.
Total amount of produced lifts 120 thousand for all period of Samarkandlift building plant history.
