About enterprise:

The equipment and the personnel of a plant "Electroboard" are evacuated from Leningrad to the city of Chirchik of the Tashkent area of Uzbekistan on the basis of which electromechanical workshops of trust "Chirchikstroy" are created in 1942. In difficult conditions a wartime all brought equipment in short term was established and started, the enterprise has started performance of orders for needs of front and a national economy.

The name "Electroboard" is given to the plant on April, 12, 1942.

The factory is renamed in Chirchik transformer plant in 1962.

1995. With assuming(gaining) independence by Republic of Uzbekistan, the enterprise was turned into stock company and the decision of assembly of shareholders is renamed into AOOT " Transformer ".

2001. The enterprise is renamed into JSC " Transformer " by the decision of assembly of shareholders.

2004. The state share holding is realized, and the plant is transformed into joint venture with the foreign capital in the form of open joint-stock company and again renamed in Chirchik transformer plant.

Today Chirchik transformer plant – the leading enterprise of the electrotechnical industry of Republic of Uzbekistan, of the Central Asia and the CIS.

Qualification of experts of JV JSC «Chirchik transformer plant», its technological and a production potentialities allow to provide performance of any special requirements of the customer, as concerning a design, and a climatic modification. Under the individual order, the plant has an opportunity to make production a class of a voltage of 11,20 and 63 kilowatt by standards used in the countries of the African and Euroasian continents.

Production of JSC JV « Chirchik transformer plant » works reliably in systems of distribution of the electric power, at the enterprises of petroleum, gas, coal, mining, metallurgical industries, in an agriculture and on a railway transportation.

The plant has started the realization of the complex program of modernization of manufacture providing re-planning of industrial shops, purchase, installation and commissioning of the newest process equipment, construction of new shop on manufacture CTS and a number of actions for perfection of the "know-how" since 2007.

For last 30 years production of the enterprise was delivered more than in 20 countries of the world: India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Mongolia, Egypt, Syria, Libya, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Vietnam, Laos, Bangladesh, Korea, Morocco, Cuba, Bolivia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Yugoslavia and a number of other states.

The company by delivery of production, on demand of the customer renders services in service of production, delivery of spare parts and training of serving and repair personnel.
