UZBEK – KOREAN RELATIONS ARE MOVING INTO NEW LEVEL

In 16 July, 2009 in the Tashkent International Business Center was held Uzbek-Korean business forum with the participation of the representatives of business circles of two countries. It is already became a tradition such forum, organized by the Ministry of FEAIT and TIC of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was directed to the presentation of the investment opportunities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and support for the achievement of maximum success for the representatives of the business circles of Korea and Uzbekistan in attraction of effective investments for the development of the real sector of economy of the country.

Within the framework of the business forum, which consisted from two parts: presentation of the investment climate of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the cooperation exchange with the participation of Uzbek and Korean representatives of business circles, were presented information materials about investment opportunities and privileges and preferences created for the foreign investors for realization of activity within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the cooperation exchange, which lasted more then four hours were held business talks and information exchange on issues of investment projects, interesting representatives of both parties. In particular, the Association “Uzeltechsanoat” hold number of talks with representatives of Korean companies conducting manufacturer activity in the electrotechnical sphere.
